M BIRTH & POSTPARTUM DOULA
Continuous, personalized support through pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum days, alongside your own midwife or OB. A doula does not replace your medical care. A doula supports you through it.

“You deserve steady, knowledgeable and evidence based support, whatever your birth looks like.”Kirsten Dudley
Support that starts before labor and continues after your baby arrives.
We meet ahead of your due date to talk through your goals, discuss any fears or concerns, and build a birth preference plan together. We'll also practice comfort measures you can use in labor.
Text or call as your due date approaches, and reach me any time in between visits with questions. I'm reachable when labor starts, day or night.
Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor and birth, whether that's at home, your hospital, or a birth center.
Initial support right after birth with skin-to-skin and early feeding, plus in-home visits afterward to reflect on the birth and talk through recovery, feeding, and the transition home.

I work alongside a team of experienced, caring doulas for backup support, so you're never left without care if timing gets tight. Learn more about the collective at marindoula.team.
“If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it.”Dr. John Kennell
If you'd like help putting your preferences into words, I offer dedicated support building a birth plan that's genuinely yours, not a generic template. Our prenatal consultation for this is thorough, typically up to two hours, and if you need more time to get every detail right, we'll make room for that too.
